The DeFelsko PosiTector 200 C3 uses proven ultrasonic technology to non-destructively measure coating thickness over concrete, fiberglass and other non-metal substrates, where magnetic and eddy current gages can't work. The ultrasonic signal travels through the coating and reflects back from each interface, giving a fast, accurate thickness reading without damaging the coating.
It pairs the removable cabled 200 C probe with the PosiTector Advanced body. You can measure the total thickness of a coating system or up to 3 individual layers, analyze them in graphics mode, and store and share results over WiFi and Bluetooth. It conforms to ASTM D6132 and ISO 2808 and is backed by a two-year warranty on body and probe.

Max Thick Mode
Max Thick Mode displays the deepest ultrasonic echo, so you don't need to adjust the Lo Range. It's ideal for ignoring unwanted surface echoes on rough or textured surfaces.
Simple, durable and accurate
It has a large 2.8" impact-resistant color touchscreen, on-gage help and an IP65 weatherproof, dustproof enclosure. A Long Form Certificate of Calibration traceable to NIST or PTB is included.
Integration and reporting
A BLE API and industry-standard protocols let the gage integrate with third-party software, drones, ROVs, PLCs and robotic devices. The PosiSoft suite of software handles viewing, reporting and archiving.
