The IQI Wire Type EN-462-1 & DIN 54 109, 1 FE EN, 1 ISO 7 industrial quality indicator (IQI) is designed according to EN 462-1 and ISO 19232-1 standards, replacing the DIN 54 109 standard for radiographic testing. This IQI is constructed based on a series of precise wire diameters and consists of 7 wires per range, making it a highly effective tool for ensuring radiographic image quality. Each IQI is equipped with a lead symbol that specifies the largest wire diameter, material type, and EN specification.
Available in Steel, Aluminum, Copper, and Titanium, the IQIs come in multiple size designations (1 EN, 6 EN, 10 EN, and 13 EN), accommodating varying thickness ranges. Each size represents different wire diameters and identity numbers for detailed flaw detection and imaging quality across diverse materials and applications.

- 10 EN: Suitable for thicknesses from 0.20 to 0.75 inches (5.0 to 20 mm)
