The Circle Safe 850A is a water-based, dual response magnetic particle inspection (MPI) material that is Ready to Use (RTU) and conveniently packaged in a 1 quart sprayer bottle. This product from Circle Systems offers versatility by providing both visible and fluorescent indications for detecting surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials.  

The "dual response" characteristic means that the particles in the 850A are red in color for excellent visibility under normal white light conditions. Additionally, these particles will fluoresce a bright yellow-green when viewed under UV-A (black) light. This dual capability provides inspectors with flexibility to choose the most effective lighting for their specific inspection environment and enhances the detectability of fine flaws.
