The Hotfoil-EHS Mini-Me 6-Way Power Console is a compact, self-contained, heavy-duty heat treatment power console engineered for field and shop post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) and preheat operations where portability, ruggedness, and full 73 KVA output capacity are all equally critical. Designed as a more maneuverable alternative to the full-size stand-up console lineup, the Mini-Me frame brings the same proven Hotfoil-EHS component quality — Eurotherm ramp controllers, Albright contactors, 300-amp Camlock outputs, and a full-capacity 73 KVA transformer — into a compact, lockable-caster-equipped package that can be repositioned quickly between work stations, loaded onto vehicles, and deployed directly on the job site.
Supplied fully pre-wired and factory tested, the Mini-Me console arrives on site ready to connect and operate — no field wiring, no commissioning delays, and no missing components. Simply connect the primary power supply, attach the heating elements and thermocouples, and begin the heat treatment cycle.
