NM01F1E
The DeFelsko PosiTector 6000 F1-E Standard Body & Probe (Ferrous) is a precise, durable, and user-friendly coating thickness gauge designed for accurately measuring coatings on ferrous metals (such as steel and iron). This instrument combines a Standard PosiTector 6000 body with an integral F1 probe, offering a convenient one-piece solution for a wide range of coating thickness measurement applications.
The F1 probe is specifically designed for measuring coatings on ferrous substrates with a measurement range of 0 to 60 mils (0 to 1500 µm). It features a wear-resistant ruby probe tip for long-lasting accuracy and is built to withstand demanding industrial environments. The Standard body is rugged, solvent, acid, oil, water, and dust-resistant (IP65 rated), ensuring reliable performance in various conditions. It features a large 2.8" impact-resistant color touchscreen with an easy-to-navigate keypad.
This model offers a fast measurement speed (60+ readings per minute) and is ready to measure right out of the box for most applications, requiring no calibration adjustments. It includes a Certificate of Calibration traceable to NIST, ensuring measurement accuracy. The gauge also features memory for storing readings, basic statistics, and a HiLo alarm for out-of-tolerance conditions. Data can be easily transferred via USB to a PC.
