Overview
The NDS Products ND-2000 is a rugged, high-range Gamma/X-Ray survey meter designed for radiation monitoring during industrial radiography, non-destructive testing, radiation safety, and other applications involving ionizing radiation.
The instrument provides three measurement ranges up to 1,000 mR/hr (10,000 µSv/hr) and uses an energy-compensated Geiger-Mueller detector for Gamma and X-Ray monitoring.
A clear LCD display, durable reinforced enclosure, extended battery life, and wide operating-temperature range make the ND-2000 suitable for demanding field environments where dependable radiation monitoring is required.
The standard ND-2000 is the base configuration. Additional versions with internal audio, a built-in dosimeter charger, or an external detector probe are available separately.

Radiation Detection System
The ND-2000 uses a halogen-quenched, energy-compensated Geiger-Mueller tube designed for Gamma and X-Ray radiation detection.
The energy-compensated detector helps provide a more consistent response across its specified energy range, making the instrument suitable for radiation surveys around industrial radiography operations and other controlled radiation environments.
Individual calibration adjustments are provided for each measurement range to support proper instrument calibration and verification procedures.
Rugged Field Design
