Application Instructions
For optimal performance, the penetrant's effectiveness should be validated routinely with test blocks or reference pieces, such as Test Block 2, per EN ISO 3452-3. Adjust penetration time based on ambient temperature:
- +100 °C to +50 °C: Penetration time up to 10 minutes.
- +50 °C to +10 °C: Standard penetration time.
- +10 °C to 0 °C: Double standard penetration time.
- 0 °C to –10 °C: Triple standard penetration time.
- –10 °C to –20 °C: Quadruple standard penetration time.
