Digit-X Portable Densitometer by Xograph is a lightweight, handheld transmission densitometer designed for precise film density measurements. Ideal for LED and high-brightness fluorescent viewers, this densitometer offers superior accuracy with its fiber-optic probe, which measures small film areas and displays results on a clear LCD screen up to two decimal places. The Digit-X can measure film densities up to 4.0D and is compact and portable at just 175g (6 oz.), making it convenient for various inspection sites.

Simply place the fiber-optic probe against a film strip on a uniform light source, press gently, and the reading will appear instantly. The densitometer is battery-operated with a low-battery warning indicator, and it includes a zero button for easy reset between measurements.
