Overview
The Dakota CMX10-DL is an advanced ultrasonic thickness gauge designed for corrosion monitoring, precision thickness measurement, and detailed waveform analysis. Its full-wave capture capability records complete A-scan data, allowing inspectors to review ultrasonic responses rather than relying only on a numerical thickness reading.
The instrument combines live A-scan presentation with B-scan cross-sectional imaging, Time-Corrected Gain, second-layer measurement, and dedicated corrosion and precision thickness modes. This makes the CMX10-DL suitable for inspection programs requiring both rapid thickness readings and more detailed evaluation of complex or layered materials.
