The ECHO Ultrasonics UltraSoniX™ Broad Temperature Couplant is a high-performance ultrasonic couplant with excellent ferrous corrosion inhibition, available in TWO VISCOSITIES. This listing is for the MEDIUM VISCOSITY formulation, supplied in a large and economical 55-gallon (208 liter) drum.

• Water Soluble: Easy to remove from test surfaces and equipment using water or a damp cloth.  

• Environmentally and Operator Friendly: Contains no formaldehyde, nitrates, nitrites, or glycol ethers.  

• Lower Residue: Leaves less residue on inspected parts compared to many other ultrasonic couplants.  

• Glycerin-Free: Suitable for use on aluminum and carbon fiber composites, as well as preventing interference with subsequent penetrant inspection processes.  

• Large Volume: Economical 55-gallon (208 liter) drum for high-volume usage.  

• Meets Industry Standards: Conforms to ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (T-533), ASTM F519, FAA Advisory Circular AC No: 25-29, NAVSHIPS 250 – 1500, and is Nuclear grade (less than 50 ppm Halogens & Sulfur).
