The ECHO Ultrasonics UltraSoniX™ Broad Temperature Couplant in the convenient 12 oz / 355 ml squeeze bottle is the field-ready, single-bottle format of Echo's most popular ultrasonic couplant — delivering the same industry-leading performance as the larger bulk configurations in a compact, portable size perfectly suited for individual inspectors, field kits, and bench-top inspection stations.

Whether performing flaw detection, thickness gauging, or corrosion survey work, the UltraSoniX™ 12 oz bottle gives inspectors immediate access to a high-performance, broad-temperature, glycerin-free couplant that works reliably on virtually every material and in virtually every inspection environment — with no mess, no waste, and no compromise on acoustic coupling performance.

• Broad temperature range — 10°F to 220°F (-12°C to 104.4°C), suitable for most flaw detection and thickness gauging applications
• Medium viscosity (~60,000 cps) — flowable gel that spreads easily on flat and accessible surfaces while maintaining consistent acoustic contact
• Excellent ferrous corrosion inhibition — better multi-metal corrosion protection than most ultrasonic couplants
• Slow drying — extended working time for longer inspections without constant reapplication
• Reduced surface tension — fast wetting for quick and consistent probe coupling
• Completely salt stable — will not thin in corrosive, marine, or de-icing environments
• Glycerin-free — safe for use on aluminum, carbon fiber composites, and other sensitive materials; meets FAA Advisory Circular AC 25-29
• Water-soluble — easy cleanup by wiping with a wet or dry cloth, or water washing
• Lower residue than most UT couplants
• Operator and environment friendly — contains no formaldehyde, nitrates, nitrites, or glycol ethers
