The Circle Safe® 820AX Nonfluorescent Black is a ready-to-use, oil-based magnetic particle inspection bath packaged in a convenient case of 12 aerosol cans, each containing 330 ml net volume. This product features highly sensitive Mi-Glow® 106 black particles suspended in a refined petroleum distillate (CircleSol M). It is specifically designed for visible light inspection to detect surface and near-surface discontinuities in finished products and structural fabrications.
The higher particle concentration in 820AX provides excellent indication buildup for easy and reliable identification of flaws. The aerosol packaging utilizes a carbon dioxide propellant, which is non-flammable, reducing combustible hazards during inspection.
