The SCANRAY® 2530 PRO is a high-resolution, mid-format portable wireless digital radiography (DR) system and the compact model in the SCANRAY PRO series. The SCANRAY® 2530 PRO sits at the intersection of portability and performance within the PRO series. At just 2.5 kg (5.5 lb), the 2530 PRO is the lightest detector in the PRO series — making it the easiest PRO model to position, maneuver, and work with over extended inspection shifts. Despite its light weight, it delivers the same 99 µm pixel pitch and 16-bit image depth as the larger 3643 PRO — with no compromise on image quality.

DR-SOFT® Software

The SCANRAY® 2530 PRO ships with DR-SOFT® pre-installed on both the included ruggedized laptop and ruggedized tablet. DR-SOFT® is DR Systems' proprietary radiographic image acquisition and evaluation software, designed to deliver a fast and intuitive inspection workflow directly in the field. Wireless Operation Images are transmitted in real-time from the detector to the operator's tablet or laptop via Wi-Fi, allowing the operator to remain safely outside the radiation exclusion zone during exposure. An additional Wi-Fi module is included to extend wireless range in challenging environments.

24/7 Continuous Inspection Two full sets of batteries with charger ensure uninterrupted operation across extended inspection campaigns or multi-shift production environments.

Drop and Impact Protection The included universal protective cover protects the detector from accidental drops of up to 2 meters (6.6 feet) — a critical safeguard in active industrial environments.

High-Temperature Inspection The included heat-resistant blanket allows the detector to be used on hot objects up to 250°C (482°F) without any cooling period — reducing downtime in high-temperature process plant environments.
