The QH5 G is a Leeb portable hardness tester with a type G impact device which delivers high impact energy levels that produce large indentations. This allows for its use in parts with rough surfaces that require little surface preparation.and for measurements in Brinell of up to 650 HB. It is ideal to measure hardness values in large and/or massive parts and parts made of grey foundry and forged.
It is accurate, easy to operate, and is used to identify and classify materials in stock, to test parts in the manufacturing process, and to test large massive parts on-site. It includes a Data Logger for 32000 values and connects to a PC via USB using demeq DataCenter software.
The QH5 G can be upgraded to a QH5 M with the purchase of a license.
